Insurance and costs

You will know the number before we pick up a drill.

We follow the Ontario Dental Association fee guide, send a written treatment plan with the exact cost, and bill your insurer directly. You pay only what your plan does not cover.

We bill directly to

  • Sun Life
  • Manulife
  • Canada Life
  • Green Shield
  • Desjardins
  • Equitable
  • Blue Cross
  • Canadian Dental Care Plan

Not on the list? We can still submit the claim for you, it just goes to you instead of us.

Nervous patients

If the dentist scares you, say so. We plan around it.

About one in three of our new patients tells us they have been putting this off for years. Nobody here will make you feel bad about that.

A talk first, no tools

Your first visit can be a conversation in a normal chair with nothing in your mouth.

Stop signal

Raise your hand and everything stops. Every time, no questions.

Sedation options

Laughing gas or oral sedation for longer work, explained in plain language.

Step free and quiet

Level entry, accessible washroom, and a low noise room for sensory needs.

Common questions

I have not been to a dentist in years. Will you lecture me?

No. We see this every week. The first visit is an exam, a photo tour of what is going on, and a plan you can do in stages if you want. No judgement and no pressure.

Do you take my insurance?

Almost certainly. We bill directly to Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Desjardins, Equitable, Blue Cross and the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Bring your card and we check your coverage before treatment.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Call us first. We keep emergency slots open every weekday and will usually see you the same day. If we are closed, the voicemail gives you the on call number.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

Yes. There is a play corner in sight of the front desk, and our team will keep an eye on them. Or book your visits back to back and we will do the whole family in one trip.

How do I get here by transit?

The streetcar stops two minutes away, and the nearest GO station is a 10 minute walk. The entry is step free from the parking lot.

Ready when you are.

New patients are welcome this month, evenings and Saturdays included.
