What does a renovation actually cost?
It depends on size and finish, but here are real ranges from our last year of work: main floor trim from $3,500, a full bathroom from $14,000, a finished basement from $38,000. Your written quote is exact, and it is free.
Are you insured, and is your crew covered?
Yes to both. Two million in liability insurance and full WSIB coverage. We send you both certificates with the quote, before you pay anything.
Do you pull the permits?
We do. For structural work, basement suites and anything electrical or plumbing, we handle the City of Toronto permit and meet the inspector on site.
How long will my kitchen be out of service?
A standard kitchen install runs 9 to 14 working days. We give you the day by day schedule in the quote and set up a temporary counter and sink area before we start.
What if something goes wrong after you leave?
Call us. Workmanship is covered for two years, and manufacturer warranties on materials get registered in your name. Most callbacks are handled within 48 hours.
